Casual Fridays are usually popular with every employees. But it can be tricky at the same time. Although everyone likes tow ear casuals to work, but people especially women can have a hard time in differentiating between unprofessional and business casual. So, let me give you some tips which will help you to dress to impress at work on a casual Friday.

- First you need to do a little bit of observations on how your colleagues usually dress up for a casual Friday. Try to learn the corporate culture and incorporate that in your dressing style. Follow the company’s handbook which is provided to you.
- Casual do not gives you the freedom to wear anything and everything. There are some styles of clothes which you must avoid like holey and frayed clothing. Though your company may allow you to wear jeans and t-shirts as casual, but avoid wearing frayed jeans or holed t-shirts.
- Although you can wear casuals on Friday, but still make sure that whatever you are wearing should be neat and ironed. Looking clean makes you look more smart and professional.
- Avoid logos and quotes. May be your company’s handbook have not mentioned it, but still you must wear them with care. Do not wear quotes which can be offensive to your co-workers and seniors.
- Avoid over-dressing.You should dress appropriately and not over-do it. Remember it’s not a beach party that you are attending, but going to work.
