Shoes are the most essential part of a woman’s wardrobe. Every woman would want to own a perfect pair that would suit every occasion. Women generally like to have shoes that are very trendy. Ankle Boots-

Boots are very much in trend this season. Boots can be worn throughout the season and look very chic. These boots are available in different styles and you can find really good pair for yourself. Boots go well with slim fit jeans, skirts and pants. There are a lot of different types of boots like strapped boots, velvet lace ups and cut-out booties.

High Heel Platform Sandals-

This year the women’s collection has interesting styles of high heel shoes with platforms. These heels are atleast 4” or more and are ready to take over this season. Colors used this season are bright colors like turquoise, silver, yellow and gold. Soft colors like beige, grey, auburn and white are used. Colors that are ‘in’ for the year 2010 are shades of orange, coral red and burgundy.

Flat Thong Sandals-

Comfort is the key to fashion this year. Designers are concentrating more on comfort and unique styles. Flat thong sandals are very practical and ideal to wear for spring and summer. These sandals are very versatile and can be worn for parties other than a casual wear.


Stilettos are something that will always remain in trend. Though one cannot wear these all the time, but a woman should have atleast a few pair in the wardrobe. They look very classic and cool for parties. The trend for 2010 are trapezoid or square with a heel of 6” made of croc leather.

Most designers have used lace in their forth coming spring/summer collection 2010. If you are looking for something like this, then the lace pumps are for you. There are lots of colors and styles that you can choose from.
